Za’atar Chicken &
Potato Kabobs
(low-cal, low-fat, fiber-high)


For this featured healthy meal, we marinade the kabob meat and red potatoes with an aromatic mixture of Za’atar (a Mediterranean spice blend composed of sesame seeds, thyme, marjoram and sumac), lemon juice and zest, garlic, salt and pepper. Served with a side of tzaziki dip (a Greek yogurt-cucumber dip, with garlic and seasonings), seasonal roasted thyme-zucchini mélange (including yellow, green, and chic summer squash), garden salad, Greek dressing, and seasonal melon salad (right from the family farm!).  Options of: Chicken   $12.50 pp            Beef $13.50 pp          Baby Bella Mushrooms $12.50 pp
