Salvadoran Pupusas!
A traditional Salvadoran dish made of a thick, handmade corn tortilla (made using masa de maíz, a maize flour dough used in Latin American cuisine) that is filled with a blend of cheese, beans, or pork meat paste. Served with tomato rice, “curtido” salad (a lightly fermented cabbage slaw with red chilies and vinegar), a watery tomato salsa, and fruit salad for dessert.

SPINACH, PORTOBELLO AND “LOROCO” (loroco is a regional vine-flower)
